  • For Each Room:

  • Design Concept (Mood-board) showing the inspiration for individual spaces

  • 2D Execution drawings drawn to scale with (existing drawings, design floor plans, custom furniture layout, ceiling layout, lighting layout, electrical drawings, elevations, details drawing)

  • Shopping list with links to suggested, specific items to be purchased

  • 3D modeling and visualization & photo-realistic renders (2-4 renders per room + 360 virtual tour )

  • Support during the home renovation/building process
